The Alzheimer Society of Chatham-Kent (ASCK) has been providing a wide variety of dementia support and services for those living with dementia and their care partners since 1986. Available programs and services are Cognitive Assessments, Day Programs, In-Home Respite Care, Counselling, Support Groups, Education and more!
As a non-profit organization, ASCK relies on donations to ensure they can continue to support the Chatham-Kent community without any barriers. All funds received stay in Chatham-Kent!
