Recently, I opened a wellness centre where I offer clients access to new ideas, strategies and healing modalities.

There are many healing approaches that a person can use to enhance their life. I truly believe in empowering people in practical ways to live a life with more joy and calm.

I practice the skills I teach to people. I love the energy of the woods and water.
